area is dry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe recommend a wet install.  Clean your hands as you will be touching the back of the vinyl a little.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSpray the application area and the back of the vinyl with your fluid.  Once the alignment is correct, push out the air and fluid with your fingers.  Use firm pressure to activate adhesive for the final pass.   For trouble spots and a final pass, use your squeegee.  If it is cooler outside, use heat to activate the adhesive as well.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSometimes you will have to wait for the edges to be able to adhere due to the use of application fluid.  You can speed up the drying process with LIGHT
